Gift Card Disclaimer
Electronic gift cards are delivered by email through Shopwindow in the form of a receipt. Guests may redeem their electronic gift card for a physical Planet Play gift card in-store by showing the receipt or providing the purchaser’s name.
Once the electronic version is exchanged for a physical gift card, the guest becomes fully responsible for the card. Lost or misplaced cards cannot be reissued, replaced, or checked for balance without the physical card present.
