Memberships automatically renew monthly. You are responsible for cancelling your membership when it no longer suits you. We require a written statement at least 7 days prior to your renewal date to cancel all memberships.

Gold and Platinum members will receive a game card monthly. Planet Play is not responsible for lost or stolen game cards. You are responsible for holding on to it for the month.
