These are cash prices. Parties paid with a credit card will incrue a 3.5% surcharge
Policies
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
Deposits are non-refundable
If you provide at least 14 days' notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next three months, as long as there is availability.
No outside food (other than your cake) or drink is permitted within the facility. Adult food must be purchased through Planet Play
Please read our policies prior to booking an event.
You must provide the dessert for your guests. All desserts must be 100% nut-free. Planet Play does not allow tiered-cakes or ice cream.
No outside decor is permitted.
In the event of inclement weather, Planet Play will notify guests the day of if they will be closed. If they must close due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule your event or request a refund. If there is inclement weather but Planet Play has deemed it safe enough to open, your event will go on and you can not cancel or reschedule without forfeiting your deposit.
We are a shoe-free facility. All guests, including adults, must take off their shoes and wear socks. No bare feet allowed.
There is only one party in each area of the facility at a time. Once the play session portion of your party ends in the arcade, you will enter the party room. Once you enter the party room, no guests are permitted to re-enter the arcade as another private party will be taking place.
Final head counts and adult food orders are due by the Wednesday before your event. No changes can be made after this.
Balances are to be paid at the start of your party. You may pay your balance in cash or credit card ONLY. No checks or gift cards can be used towards a party.
